Khirsu, Uttarakhand is situated at 1700mts above sea level and at a
short distance of 15kms from Pauri and is located in Pauri district of
Garhwal.It is in between of oak, deodar tress and apple orchards. Khirsu
offers panoramic view of Himalayan range and many of them are unnamed.
Khirsu have been less traveled but now people are exploring. The ancient
temple dedicated to Ghandiyal Devi is situated nearby. The region has
plenty of apple orchards and is a home of different species of birds.
There are good accommodation options available at Khirsu. It offers you
a morning with chirping of birds and hue of the sunlight on the top of
mountains.
