Explore the Unexplored..Khirsu, Uttarakhand

Khirsu, Uttarakhand is situated at 1700mts above sea level and at a short distance of 15kms from Pauri and is located in Pauri district of Garhwal.It is in between of oak, deodar tress and apple orchards. Khirsu offers panoramic view of Himalayan range and many of them are unnamed. Khirsu have been less traveled but now people are exploring. The ancient temple dedicated to Ghandiyal Devi is situated nearby. The region has plenty of apple orchards and is a home of different species of birds. There are good accommodation options available at Khirsu. It offers you a morning with chirping of birds and hue of the sunlight on the top of mountains.

Srinagar is nested in a foothills of himalayas. The town is located on bank of Alaknanda River and is named after Sri Yantra, an evil and mythical giant rock.It is believed that anyone who set his eyes on the rock would die immediately.

Srinagar is also an important tourist attaction for its natural beauty and tempels. The Dhari Devi temple is also loacted 19kms from Srinagar on Srinagar Badrinath highway.
